Dock Shelters

The retractable Dock Shelter is designed for its use in warehouses, logistic centres and in any kind of production plant, ensuring an important energy saving and good insulation, as well as a better comfort and flexibility during loading and offloading manoeuvres.

The Dock Shelter is composed by a perimetral structure which holds a set of canvas that adapt to the truck size.This structure is retractable, so that the shelter can draw back to its initial position without any damage, in case the vehicle approaches the dock in an incorrect manoeuvre.
The aim is to provide perfect insulation during on and off-loading process, to save energy and, at the same time, protect the goods.
It is manufactured of galvanized tube of 2mm, gathered in between them with zinqued bars and covered with a PVC canvas of 0,8 m thickness of high resistance, due to its interior mesh of flexible polyester. The canvas is fixed to the structure by means of an anodized aluminium profile. The canvas are manufactured with two polyester weaves to ease flexion and covered with black PVC of 3 mm thickness, resistant to blows and scratches. The superior canvas has a welded reinforcement to avoid ripping during its use and to increase its durability.
